Short and sweet intervals

I focused on speed and uphill intervals at work this week.
I had the opportunity to go five times to the gym, the treadmill was vacant each time. 2 x 15 mins intervals each time. Felt good.
Pressed schedule at work, not time for longer workouts this time.

Now I've finally moved home-home. This week I'll do my first proper long runs for this season!
Bring it on, I'm ready!!!
