So much more strength

I've been focusing on strength training/weight loss and it has paid off.
I can do 30 x kettlebell forward swings with a 12 kg kettlebell!
I can do 3 x 15 + 5 (=50) burpees without dying :)
I can do 3 x 10 x 2 push-ups (hands going closer and closer to each other for the last 10)
