I'm back! Here we go! From scratch!

I've been battling runner's kneee most of this year and it's pretty much ruined my training.
Now it seems it's on the mend and I'm back on track!
Now I'm starting from scratch as if I've never been to the gym/done any running before. 
Carefully. Slowly. Easy Does It.
Training goal: Seattle Marathon 5,5 hours on November 27th.
