I have a PT who's made a plan. I'm keeping a meal diary, I do eat more sensibly now and I work out seriously.
Focus is on running, of course.
I hate treadmill workouts but I can tolerate interval workouts.
They're actually quite a lot of fun!
This will be a fun winter season focusing on different kinds of interval training on the treadmill.
5,5 hours in NYC is what I'm aiming at.
