Ready for Oslo
Today I did my last workout before the half marathon in Oslo on Saturday.
Full body kettlebell workout.
Woke up my body perfectly after the worl week.
Now I've packed my bags and am ready to go!
And oh I wrote down my goal on The Goal Wall at the gym: -10 kg on December 31st 2015.
